FARMASIB S.R.L., Sibiu (Farmacia 24 – Farmasib) is the controller of the data processed through this site. This policy explains what data we process when you visit farmasib.ro, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian law.

1. What data we process
The site has no user accounts, forms, comments or online shop and does not ask you for personal data. We only process:
- technical data sent automatically by your browser: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, page visited, date and time. These are recorded in the logs of the server hosting the site;
- if you contact us by phone or email: your name, contact details and the content of your message, only to reply to you.
2. Why we process it
- to keep the site running and secure and to prevent abuse (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- to answer your requests (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, as applicable).
We do not make automated decisions and do not create profiles based on your data.
3. Cookies
The site does not use cookies and does not store information on your device. We do not use traffic analytics or advertising tools. For this reason we do not show a cookie banner.
4. Third-party services
The map of our locations on the home page uses two external services: the Leaflet library, loaded from Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com), and the map images, loaded from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org). When the map loads, your IP address reaches these providers. The map only loads when you scroll the page close to it.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Google Maps lead to those services' sites. If you click them, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
5. Who receives the data
The data may be accessed by the provider hosting the site and by the IT providers that maintain it, to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose it to authorities only when the law requires. We do not sell your data. If some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards provided by the GDPR apply.
6. How long we keep the data
Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider, limited to what is needed for security. Messages we receive are kept as long as needed to reply to you and to meet legal obligations.
7. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), we collect only the data we need, and access to it is limited. No method is completely secure. If a breach occurs that puts your rights at risk, we will notify the authority and the people affected, as required by law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on it.
